Rising Starz Dance Troupe – Regional competitions only. Primarily Group options. Lower commitment.
- Students interested in our Rising level program will not need to attend evaluations or auditions. Rising level is by invitation only. Please register for our Recreational program and email us with your intention to be considered for our Rising level team. Starzoakgrove@gmail.com
Elite Starz Dance Troupe – Full competition team to include duo, trio, solos. Possible required travel to Nationals events.
In preparation for auditions, we require new students enroll in and actively attend our regular ballet, tap & jazz classes throughout the summer. A schedule and details for Summer are announced in April. In addition, students wishing to be considered for our Elite team will need to attend May evaluation dates, and audition prep classes as follows:
May 2024 Elite Level Evaluations:
- A minimum of 1-year ballet, tap and jazz technique is mandatory to be considered for our Elite level team.
- Age 11 & under will attend evaluations on Monday’s 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, from 5:30-7:30pm. Ballet attire is required.
- Age 12 & up will attend evaluations on Tuesday’s 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, from 5:30-7:30pm. Ballet attire required.

*Required to participate in Elite Team.
These are Daytime commitments. Please email us for specific scheduling and details.
There is a $35 per dancer charge for attending our preparatory classes & auditions. This fee covers the facility use and the time/talent of our instructing staff.
