Fitness Fusion formerly PiYo Strength™
Adult fitness classes are led by one of our studio instructors, Kelly Meuschke. Kelly is a certified personal trainer, 200 RYT (registered yoga teacher) and has taught PiYo* for over 3 years. Combining her love of fitness styles, Kelly has created Fitness Fusion–a class that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles by blending Pilates, yoga and interval training.
This class is for ALL fitness levels, and you will leave the class feeling strong, stretched, and relaxed. Be prepared to sweat and don’t forget your yoga mat!

The first 8 week session will begin on Wednesday, September 9th!
Classes are held on Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30pm, and Saturdays at 8am (no class on Sat, 9/12).
Mon/Wed 8:30PM — 9:30PM
Saturdays 8:00AM — 9:00AM
What do I need to bring:
A positive attitude and a yoga mat.
